Do I have to keep refreshing my screen to see the most recent leads?
As long as you are showing a Simple Search (image below), Callwell refreshes every sixty seconds with new enquiries. However, you can press the refresh icon to update immediately.
If Advance Search (image below) is open then auto-refresh is paused and you need to press Search to update.
How will I know I have a new lead?
If you have instant automatic calls enabled then your telephone will ring and announce 'You have a Callwell message'.
My telephone is not ringing with Callwell calls?
Please check that your telephone number is active in the top right-hand corner of your screen

What do I do If I am too busy to answer the Callwell call?
Hang up on the first call and you can make a manual call using the green "Call now" button on the open enquiry.
What happens to the leads that come in outside of our core business hours?
When you next start work open the enquiry page and you will see the unclaimed enquiries. You simply click "Call now" and you will receive a call announcing 'You have a Callwell message' asking you to "Press 1" to call the customer. Alternatively, ask us to enable "Morning Caller" where you overnight leads are scheduled to call you when the branch is next open, at set intervals of your choice.
