No response from branch |
A call has been made to your office by Callwell and no one picked up. |

No action from branch |
A call has been made to your office by Callwell, the call has not been accepted and you will need to use the "Call Now" function to stop the clock. |
|
Branch engaged |
A call has been made to your office, however, we were unable to get through due to the line being engaged. |
|
No response from customer |
A call was successfully answered by your branch and you pressed 1 to connect the call, however there was no response from the customer |
|
Customer engaged |
A call was successfully answered by your branch and you pressed 1 to connect the call, however the customer was engaged. |
|
Connected - Short Call
|
A call has been made and you’ve spoken to the customer – or perhaps their answerphone – but the call was less than 45 seconds. |
|
Connected - Successful Call
|
A conversation has taken place with the client. |
