Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
If you are getting this message, the cache is full on your PC and you will need to do a couple of processes:
To clear your cache in Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl+Shift+Del, select "Cached images and files," set the time range to "All time," and click "Clear now". Alternatively, navigate to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.
Here are the instructions for Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome on your computer.
- Click the More menu, represented by three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser window.
- Click Delete Browsing Data.
- In the dialog box that appears, choose a time range from the drop-down menu, such as "All time".
- Ensure that the box for "Cached images and files" is checked.
- Uncheck any other data you don't want to delete (like browsing history or cookies).
- Click the Clear data button.
- Restart your PC
Then log into Callwell.
You can also try a hard refresh by holding ctrl and press F5 on your PC.
Users have confirmed that this works, but occasionally it takes some time to reset.
